The Streets of San Francisco

Staring at Google Maps in the middle of February, I was looking for a place to spend my birthday. This task is not as easy as you might think. Especially when you calculate the cost of travel, so I felt i had to make the trip worth it. I had some choices, places I know really well. Olympia, Seattle, Portland OR, Eugene, Boston, NY, Scotsdale, and Tuscon all were on top of the list to visit.

I get alot of email from airlines and travel sites and I saw “San Francisco $150 RT”. This was an easy desision to make. I got great deal on a flight and hotel. $350 round trip with three nights at Hayes Valley Inn. Which was a great spot, it was affordable and I had a great room and a good breakfast. My big plan was to visit every brewpub in town. That didn’t really work out as I planned. I started to wander around the city and realized there was no way I would be able to visit all eleven of these spots and get quality site seeing in. So I stuck with the site seeing. I walked and bussed all over the city.. Here are some pics from the trip.
